All payments made for our services are non-refundable once processed. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.
We accept payments in cash, through G Cash, and via PSBank transfers only. We do not accept post-dated checks or credit cards as forms of payment.
The purchased service packages are non-upgradeable, non-down-gradable and non-transferable. You are required to select the package that best suits your needs at the time of registration. Any changes to your service package must be made through the rebooking process as outlined in Section V.
You have the option to rebook your sessions according to our rebooking policy. Rebooking must be done within the terms and timelines specified by our company.
Rebooking is allowed and encouraged if you need to adjust your scheduled sessions. Rebooking requests must be submitted through our designated rebooking channels. Rebooking is subject to availability and must be confirmed by our admin.
Failure to pay the monthly fee on time will result in a hold on your sessions until the outstanding payment is settled. Once the outstanding payment is received, your sessions will be reinstated in accordance with our scheduling availability. Failure to pay within 15 days after the due date will result in service termination.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services in case of any violation of our terms and conditions or any inappropriate behavior. You have the right to cancel your services at any time, but please note that payments are non-refundable as stated in Section I.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting on our official page or notifying you through the contact information provided by you.
